Born in 1948, Claude Bitton has become a successful Real Estate Developer. Studying Architecture and Fashion at Sorbonne University in Paris, France Claude Bitton started in sales and transitioned into Real Estate Development once he moved to Canada. Starting out like many real estate developers he first got a feel for the business through being a property manager. After many years he took on the challenge of owning his own property and building something that would inspire him-self and others.

Claude Bitton has become not only a visionary for his family but a visionary as a real estate developer. He has looked years even decades down the road to determine what buildings will be needed and where. Mr. Bitton imagines commercial and residential buildings, industrial parks or even entire commercial districts in an undeveloped area. Such notable projects on the go are: Regency on the Ravine – North York, Odeon Humber Block located – 2450 Bloor Street and The Village – 2150 Bloor Street. Real Estate developers such as Claude Bitton are the gap between the builders and the users, playing an important role in controlling unnecessary expenses and improving efficiency and effectiveness for all parties involved. Not only has Claude Bitton been successful in property development but he has become a notable property manager – uptown and downtown.

Real Estate development encompasses a range of activities. This multifaceted business ranges from the renovation and re-lease of existing buildings to the purchase of land and sale of infrastructure. Claude Bitton has become an expert in the coordination of those activities with converting ideas from a piece of paper into real properties. Currently Mr. Bitton has one project in development – He created it, imagined it, funded it, controls and orchestrates the development process from beginning to end. Another facet Claude Bitton has become an expert in is the process of purchasing land and determining the proper market for the property. This requires building programs and design, necessary public approvals, financing, management and lastly the sell or lease of the property.

Claude Bitton has taken his background in architecture and flourished with it. He has transferred from property management into a successful property developer, taking his inspirations of morocco along with him. Currently Claude Bitton is working as a property developer for Regency on the Ravine opening soon.
